The Studio
Our charming studio has ample space; a hundred square metres in an open plan form. With a north light. A working studio; it is very well equipped with drawing and painting materials there are drawing boards, desks, easels, lighting and an artist’s throne. We have ample room for static and moving models.
For extra-curricular interest we have a pottery and an art reference library. There is an area of the studio for the making of paint, preparing supports such as gesso panels, canvasses and preparing watercolour paper.
There is a stock of canvasses, brushes, paints and basic artist materials which
can be purchased. For buying materials before you leave the UK: we have arranged
a 10% discount at Green and Stone of Chelsea. They will ship any art materials for
you to Aubais or alternatively you can purchase basic materials from us, if ordered
in advance.
